A former dancer, Regan was born In New York City and lived there and in Paris until it was time for her children to start school. She moved to the beautiful North Fork of Long Island primarily so that her children could attend the remarkable public schools, and have a style of life that has become almost extinct elsewhere. Her family moved to a working farm with grapes, goats, horses, and chickens.
It was a “Green Acres” moment. She has worked extensively in the hospitality industry and is committed to bringing big-city service values to the small-town life that she has come to cherish.
